Hi everyone! First of all, thanks for giving your time to read my blog. To be honest, I'm not good in english and my grammar was so bad but I will try my best to make you all understand to what I want to share here.
Okay, my name is Lydia Anchi Anak Jimmy Jarraw and my friends call me Chi. I’m 21 years old and I came from Kapit. I lived at Taman Indah Baru, No 5 Jalan Selirik. While my longhouse is located at Nanga Sekeroh Sungai Oyan Mujong. I was born on 29 of January 1997 at Hospital Kapit. I am the third of my five siblings. I have two brothers and two younger sisters. My primary school is at SK Sungai Amang and SMK Selirik was my secondary school. 2016, I was graduated from form six and after I finished my study at SMK Selirik, I start to worked at Borneo Supermarket as a cashier. At that time, I started to learn what life is and I know how hard it was to looking for money by our self. On september 2018 I started my degree at UNIMAS. My course is counselling at Faculty of Science Cognitive and Human Resource Development.

Now, I want to share my first experienced when I came to UNIMAS. 3rd of September is the day I'm registered at Kolej Bunga Raya Unimas. Actually UNIMAS is my first choice where I want to continue my study. I have set my goal to continue my study here, and thanks God I'm here now and I hope that I can finish my study here and I will become a successful counselor one day.
At the first day that I know that I got offered study at UNIMAS, I was so happy but at the same times I'm feeling sad too. Things that made I sad is, my friends is not with me here and I start to think that I'm lonely here without my friends and my family. My roommate is my first friend when I came to UNIMAS, she is very kind girl and I feel comfortable with her. Then, my second friend is Joana. She is very polite and always be with me. Day by day, I start to make more friend and finally I have many type of friends from different background, all of them was very nice.
Next is my first experience when I entered the basic helping skills class for the first times. When I enter the class, I'm a little bit shy because I'm gonna meet with new people from different state and different culture.then I don't know how to start a conversation with them. However, I feel good after Dr.Fa asking us to introcuce our self and share a litlle bit about our self. At that times, we started to know each other. Basic helping skill 's class is quite interesting because Dr.Fa is a very nice and kind lecture. I feel comfortable and easy to understand. From this class also, I have learned how to become a good counselor and know the skills to helping the client. I was really enjoyed this class.
Lastly, I hope I can become a good counselor as Dr.Fa and as a other counselor and the important things is I hope I can make both of my parents proud of me and I will make them happy, always! :D. Amen.
