BASIC HELPING SKILL

salam sejahtera. my name is Tifany timas anak david 59960. I would like to share my experience when the first week i study about BHS. actually BHS first i think this very difficult because i do not what is? I am the person that so hard to understanding about something. but i was try my best.
what did i understand about this subject?

first is how we want to talk and help other person and how they thinking? in basic helping skill, it  giving a lot of skill for us to know how to help people and talk to them. By this skill, we will know what the problem that influence them. Trough this we will giving a help to a person. I having a situation which is my friend. she having a problem and that problem is involved her feeling. I just hear about it and both of us also will find a way to overcome her problem. I am not going to advice but try to understand her so that she will take a rational decision on doing something. for this also i can learn a bit about this subject. THANK YOU.:)
