Individual Assignment

Assalamualaikum…hai everyone…

Today, I want to story associated with individual assignment basic helping skill that has done. Individual assignment is a task related to self. For example, we need to state our background, family and what that we like. Through this I can share a little bit about what that I have such as advantages and disadvantages myself. In fact, I also can share my experience that never went through when anger, conflict with someone and something that can cause me stress. In addiction, I also need state to way how I handle related with anger, conflict and stress. During the conduct this individual assignment the part that I very like is the happiness project. This is because this part I need to do things good exercise. I consider this as an exercise to do good in helping people. In addiction, good things exercise also helps me to recognize myself. Good things that has I do in helping others has given a positive life. Not only that, this part also teach me to understand the roles and attitudes that need have to a counselor.

Counselling Session

Around counselling session…before I start the counselling sessions my feeling “dup dap dup dap”…nervous…I do not why can so nervous while in the later counselling room just me and client only. Arrived on the day a counselling session on 9/12/2016…when in the room counselling session I feel nervous again while waiting for client. When the client has entered into session room I start to build a relationship with client. I asking client has eaten or not and how the travel to come this session. After I already comfortable with the client state that I feel nervous from the beginning of the session has already lost. I was doing a session with a client until the completion of the session. Alhamdulillah…although nervous also finished this session…
