So today on this bright and sunny Monday, I want to share with you guy my first experience that I get while learning in Basic Helping Skill class with Dr. Fa. So before I start let me introduce myself. My name is Anis ‘Asyikin and three years ago I was a Diploma in Counselling student and now I am a Degree in Counselling student. There is nothing to brag about that, cause there is a lot of thing that I don’t know about counselling.
Learning Basic Helping Skills is like giving myself a second chance to improve and gain more knowledge. Even though there are a few thing that Dr Fa tech in class that I already know, but there are a lot more that I need more explanation. When I was in diploma, I need to do my practical in any setting that I want in order to graduate. So my practical period was between 5th semester and 6th semester so the memory of my practical is still fresh in my mind. While doing my practical, there are a few thing that I don’t understand, so I take this chance to ask Dr Fa about it. It’s like giving me another chance to ask as many I want and learn as many I can. Its kind fun because I can know even more than what I used to know. While doing my practical at the hospital, I was disclosed to many cases from rape case to child abuse case. So when I enter Dr Fa class, I get the chance to ask and get more explanations about certain things. I hope I can learnt much more through out my degree life.

hi anis? :) you have a experience in handle a case. i mean when you were practical of counselling in diploma. now it easy that you take a degree in counselling and the process is I think it will more easy to you.
