My Second Impression On Basic Helping Skill

🙂 Assalamualaikum and Hi there..?  

What's up?.. 🌞🌜Day by day, something unique and interesting to learn about counseling. Now, we are in November. The next few months we struggled together to spend the first semester until the end.🎓

During Dr. Fa's tutoring session told: 

🏵 "Change the way you think, the behavior will be change automatically". 🏵

It is about cognitive behavior therapy, CBT (Dr. Aaron T.Beck). I began to understand that the human is unique. Human thinking is different due to the surrounding factors. By The way human thinking must be changed, to be more positive and a better person that is understands human behavior and perception. 

Throughout my experience in learning period, I have obtain great values and lessons that I will implement in my personal life. It's so interesting to learn. I was happy and had a lot of sweet experiences with my friends. In preparing a group assignment, a lots memories are created, which I will never forget. Thanks a lot..😇 At the same time it's a bit challenge for me to complete it. In addition to being able to complete on time . Nevertheless, for me to able to complete the task also due to friend's cooperation and support.😎😃 

 I realize that in any condition or problems, there is a way to overcome and come out with better solution.

Again, I thanks to Dr. Fa and all my friends😇😇
